Natural Gas Futures research team will present at 29th CIMAC World Congress on June 12, 2019 in Vancouver

David Sommer has been invited to present at 29th CIMAC World Congress on June 12, 2019 in Vancouver. The presentation focuses on minimizing greenhouse gas emissions for an LNG powered coastal vessel through operational changes. David is currently completing his Ph.D. under the supervision of Dr. Patrick Kirchen, an NGF principal investigator in the department of mechanical engineering at UBC.

CIMAC is the leading global non-profit Association of the Internal Combustion Machinery Industry consisting of National Member Associations and Corporate Members in 26 Countries in America, Asia and Europe. Every three years CIMAC holds a major international Congress and exhibition in one of its member countries. This is a unique opportunity for us all to keep up to date with what is happening in our internal combustion engine industry and to discuss with other specialists those topics which interest us most.
